1. Promoter

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to PCR Biosystems Ltd. (“PCRBIO”), whose Instagram handle is @PCRBiosystems.

2. Who Can Enter

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• You must live in the United Kingdom or the United States of America.
• The giveaway is intended for researchers, life science students and laboratory professionals.
• Employees of PCR Biosystems and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase is necessary.

3. Giveaway Dates

The giveaway opens at 10:00 BST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, you must:

• Follow @PCRBIOSYSTEMS on Instagram.
• Complete the giveaway entry form on this page.

You can earn one additional entry for each of the following:

• Liking our official Instagram giveaway announcement post.
• Sharing our official Instagram giveaway announcement post to your story.

PCRBIO reserves the right to verify that all entry requirements have been met before awarding the prize.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• A PCRBIO merchandise bundle.
• A £100 voucher (UK winner) or $100 voucher (US winner) to spend on eligible PCRBIO reagents.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Voucher redemption is subject to product availability and PCRBIO’s standard ordering process. The voucher must be used within one year of being awarded, and has a minimum spend condition of £200 (UK), or $200 (US).

6. Selecting the Winner

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

We’ll contact the winner using the email address provided in the entry form within seven days of the closing date (October 7th).

If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, we’ll draw another winner. The winner will also be announced on Instagram.

7. Your Data

We’ll use the information you provide only to administer this giveaway and contact the winner. You will be automatically added to our mailing list, however are free to unsubscribe at any time.

We ask for your Instagram username only to confirm that you’re following @PCRBIOSYSTEMS and to verify any bonus entry actions. Your Instagram username will not be added to or stored in our CRM, and it will not be used for marketing purposes.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 The address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.​

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree that, if you win, PCRBIO may announce your first name, surname, and country of residence on our website and social media channels. If you object, please let us know when we contact you. We may still need to provide winner information where required by law.

9. Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

10. General

PCRBIO reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
