Formulations:

• IsoFast® Hot Start Bst Polymerase, comes as a separate polymerase and buffers, allowing assay optimisation and the choice of detection method.
• IsoFast® Hot Start Bst Polymerase with Dye, offered as a separate polymerase and buffers, allowing assay optimisation with a 20x fluorescent dye for fluorimetric detection on a qPCR instrument or fluorimeter.
• IsoFast® Hot Start Bst Mix, a one tube formulation of Bst polymerase with all buffers and dNTPs for reduced pipetting, with 20x fluorescent dye in a separate tube for optional fluorimetric detection.
• IsoFast® Hot Start Bst Polymerase Colour, offered as a separate polymerase and a colour buffer system, allowing assay optimisation and colourimetric readout for rapid positive/negative screening.
