You can search using LOT numbers, batch numbers or your invoice number. You will have the option to download the certificates, either individually or in bulk, or to send them via email.

Where to find Batch Number?
You can find the batch number on the product boxes or product pouches. Batch numbers are also listed in your invoice or packing list.
Where to find LOT Number?
You can find the LOT Number on the tube label, bottle label or tube bag.
Where to find Invoice Number?
You can find your invoice number in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.
